Six service lines, staffed the same way: a dedicated team inside your systems.

Every line below is delivered by agents assigned to one client, working under your name inside the platforms you authorize, in English and Spanish. Receivables work is first-party and run to Regulation F standards. We recommend starting with one function and adding the next once it is proven — how that sequencing works is set out below the list.

Sequencing an engagement

One function first, then the next.

How the six lines fit together over an engagement. These are recommendations from the way TEKS designs programs, not a description of what any client has done.

  1. 01

Start with one function that is measurable within weeks

We recommend starting where a missed day is visible in the numbers. For a receivables operation that is collections support on a single aging bucket — 1 to 30 days past due, where contact produces the most cures and where a busy office skips attempts first. For a dealership it is inbound answering plus one outbound cadence. For a lender with a pending queue it is verification, managed to time to a complete file.

  2. 02

Expand once note quality and cadence are proven

Later aging buckets, insurance tracking, inbound customer calls or a second outbound cadence are added to the same team on agreed notice, rather than launched all at once. Production typically begins about two weeks after onboarding and training, and the first weeks run with daily check-ins before the reporting settles to a standing cadence.

  3. 03

Combining lines changes the staffing model, not the team

Agents stay assigned to one client whichever lines they cover. What changes is how coverage is scheduled — an inbound line to your call arrival pattern, a collections line to the contact cadence per delinquency stage, verification to the pending queue — and how the engagement is structured. A specialized single function is set up as dedicated-agent coverage, typically a 40-hour-per-week minimum per agent where applicable; multi-function or portfolio-wide engagements fit the per-account, full-servicing model. Where bookkeeping joins receivables follow-up, recording and payment release stay with different people.

Two ways to structure the work

Dedicated Agent / Hourly
A dedicated resource assigned to your operation, appropriate for specialized functions such as collections, customer service, insurance verification, or administrative services. Typically based on scheduled agent coverage with a minimum of 40 hours per week when applicable.
Per-Account / Full Servicing
A fixed account-based model suitable for broader servicing engagements, customized to scope and portfolio characteristics.

The operating model

The same four principles apply to every line — in your name, in your systems, to your policies, reported to your managers. They are set out once, on the homepage, and the Regulation F operating standards receivables programs are held to are listed on the collections support page. Where a program fits an industry, the industries page sets out how the cadence, staffing and compliance posture differ by vertical.

Classification

First-party, under your name.

Whether a specific engagement is classified as first-party servicing or third-party collection under the FDCPA depends on its structure and is determined with your counsel. TEKS runs every program to Regulation F standards regardless of classification.

The operating standards each program is held to are listed on the collections support page.

Next step

Not sure which line fits first?

Discovery is a real conversation about your workflow and volumes. We recommend the first function to hand off and tell you plainly if something is not a fit.
